What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+

Can I order different styles within one order?+
Absolutely. We can accommodate multiple styles within a single order, giving you the flexibility to build your collection according to your requirements. Share the styles and quantities you have in mind, and our team will help you plan the production efficiently.
How do I place an order?+

Do you offer credit facilities?+
No. We do not offer credit facilities on any orders. All projects follow our standard 50% advance, 50% upon delivery structure. This ensures transparency and mutual respect in all business relationships.
Sampling & Production
Do you offer sampling services before bulk production?+
Yes, sampling is a core part of our process. We create high-quality prototype samples so you can approve the fit, fabric, and design before any bulk manufacturing begins. This ensures there are no surprises in your final order.
How long does sampling take?+
Sampling typically takes 7–14 business days depending on the complexity of the design and fabric availability. Rush samples may be available for simpler styles — contact us with your timeline requirements.
Do you provide pattern making services?+
Yes. Our pattern making team creates precise master patterns based on your tech packs, sketches, or reference garments. Accurate patterns ensure consistent sizing and fit across all pieces in bulk production.
What if I don't have a tech pack?+
No problem. You can share reference garments, sketches, mood boards, or just describe what you need. Our design and pattern team will help you develop the technical specifications from scratch.
What is the typical lead time for bulk production?+
Delivery timeline varies based on project specifics. Generally we require a minimum of one month after finalising designs, samples, and approvals to ensure timely and quality production.
Fabrics & Printing
What fabrics do you work with?+
We source and work with a wide range of fabrics including cotton, polyester, performance/athletic textiles, fleece, and blended fabrics. We also collaborate with mills to develop custom fabrics for your specific needs.
Can you source fabric on my behalf?+
Yes. Fabric sourcing is one of our core services. We have established relationships with fabric mills and suppliers across India, allowing us to source the right material at the right price and quality for your brand.
What printing techniques do you offer?+
We offer a comprehensive range of printing: HD Print, PUFF Print, DTF (Direct to Film), Foil Print, Spray Print, Screen Print, Digital Print, and Embroidery. Each technique has different characteristics — we can help you choose the right one for your design.
Which print technique is best for my design?+
It depends on your design, fabric, and budget. DTF is great for full-colour photo-realistic prints. Screen printing works best for bold, limited-colour designs at scale. Embroidery suits premium logos. PUFF and foil add texture and shine. Share your design and we'll recommend the best option.
Can you match specific Pantone or brand colours?+
Yes. For screen printing and embroidery, we can match Pantone colours. For digital and DTF printing, we work with colour profiles to get as close as possible to your brand's specific colour requirements. Please share your Pantone codes when placing your order.
Can you assist with custom fabric development?+
Yes. We specialise in developing custom fabrics — both knit and woven. We can create fabrics tailored to your specifications, including yarn composition and weaving patterns, subject to minimum order quantities. We also recommend providing sample fabrics during the sampling phase for reference.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship pan-India?+
Yes. We ship finished garments to all major cities and states across India. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner selected. We typically dispatch orders within 2–3 business days of production completion.
How is packaging done?+
Garments are individually folded, poly-bagged, and packed into cartons as per your specifications. We can also accommodate custom packaging — branded poly bags, hang tags, tissue paper, and custom box packaging — upon request.
What if there's a defect in the delivered order?+
Quality is our priority. All garments undergo quality checks before dispatch. In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, we ask you to report it within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
